This gives you a solid 10 minutes of running. So I did one long distance run and two free runs. In total half an hour of jogging. This is not what I am used to at all! However after the fist ten minutes it was OK. I'm sure over time it will be second nature.
The BMI result showed as 26.10It's getting there, I think my body will be adjusting to the moderately healthy eating and the increase in exertion.
